Comerica Park Parking

Olympia Entertainment's Parking Services Department operates and manages approximately 4,500 parking spaces surrounding Comerica Park and the Fox Theatre. There are also numerous other privately operated parking facilities within a 15 minute walk of Comerica Park.

Personal vehicles
Limited reserved parking spaces for the season are available for Luxury Suites, On-Deck Circle, Club Seat, and regular season ticket holders. There are numerous parking lots around Comerica Park and the Fox Theatre that are open to the public on a first come first served basis. Parking facility access is generally two hours before game time. Vehicles will be directed into spaces, and reserving spaces is not allowed. Tailgating and in and out privileges are not allowed in any of the parking facilities. For information on the availability of season parking permits, please call Olympia Entertainment Parking Services at (313) 471-3264.

Disabled
All Olympia Entertainment parking facilities have ADA compliant parking spaces. The disabled spaces in the reserved parking facilities are for use by guests that have the appropriate reserved area parking permit and a state issued license plate or placard. A special disabled parking area will be created for game days only, in the parking lot located just outside the Columbia Avenue entrance to Comerica Park (Gate A). Entering the lot from Woodward Avenue and Elizabeth Street accesses this disabled parking area. This area is also for guests on a first come first served basis. A state issued license plate or placard plus verification of ownership of the plate or placard is required. Guests with disabilities may be dropped off and picked up on Witherell Street, just south of Montcalm Street, by Gate A.

Taxi cabs
To accommodate the thousands of patrons attending Comerica Park events, taxicab companies will be increasing the number of cabs on the street in downtown Detroit. The state-regulated fare is $1.40 for cab entrance fee and $1.40 per mile. Four fans can occupy one taxicab. There will be a taxicab drop-off and pick-up staging area located at the corner of Witherell and Adams, next to Gate B. All taxicabs are asked to drop-off guests and pick them up in this reserved area.

Limousine
Limousine services are available throughout Metro Detroit. Generally arrangements can be made in advance by contacting a company of your choice. For limousine services refer to the "Limousine" section of the Yellow pages. Limousine drop-off and pick-up is located on Montcalm Street (Gate D) between Comerica Park and the Tigers Parking Garage. Limousines can load and unload in this area. Parking in this area will be determined on a game-by-game basis, depending on demand. To confirm this parking service, please contact Olympia Entertainment Parking Services at (313) 471-3264.

Tour/Group buses
A tour/group bus drop-off and pick-up area has been created on the east side of Comerica Park, along Brush Street, from Montcalm to Adams. Tour/group buses will be allowed to load and unload in this area. Parking for the buses will be determined on a game-by-game basis, depending on demand. Please contact the Detroit Tiger's Group Sales Department at (313) 471-BALL for information regarding group ticket prices.

Shuttles
Olympia Entertainment has created a shuttle drop-off and pick-up area for all shuttle vans and mini buses. This staging area is located at the south corner of Witherell and Adams (next to Gate B). Local bars, restaurants, clubs, and private rental shuttle vans and mini buses may drop off and pick up their guests in this closed off area. Drop off can occur up to 1-1/2 hours before game time. Staging for pick up will start at approximately the seventh inning. Please contact your favorite bar or restaurant to check their availability of a shuttle service to the game.
