Olympia Entertainment, along with all Ilitch-owned companies, makes every effort to give back to the local Detroit-area community. When available, Olympia Entertainment is happy to donate tickets to local charitable organizations and causes. Please review the information below regarding guidelines and procedures for requesting tickets for non-profit organizations.

NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION ELIGIBILITY
Olympia Entertainment attempts to assist as many non-profit groups in obtaining tickets to upcoming events as we are able. If you represent a non-profit organization that is interested in obtaining tickets to a specific event, in order for your organization to be eligible, you must submit the following information for review. Information should be faxed or mailed at least six (6) weeks in advance and contact information may be found at the bottom of the page.
- A copy of the organization's 501C(3) documentation
- A list of the organization's board members
- A brief introduction to your organization and details about the organization's goals
- Number of tickets requested and if you require wheelchair seating. Wheelchair seating must be requested in advance.
- A contact person who will be responsible to pick up tickets at the venue. Information should include name, telephone and fax numbers and an email address, if available.
RAFFLE OR AUCTION DONATIONS
Olympia Entertainment is also happy to provide tickets to annual fundraising events for local non-profit organizations and local charitable causes. Requests must be submitted in writing on the organization's letterhead and should include the information requested below. Information should be faxed or mailed at least six (6) weeks in advance and contact information may be found at the bottom of the page.
- A brief introduction of your organization on your organization's official letterhead
- The purpose, date and time of the fundraising event
- Event name and date if you are requesting tickets to a specific event
- A contact person who will be responsible to pick up tickets at the venue. Information should include name, telephone and fax numbers and an email address, if available.
Please review the following before submitting a request:
- Donated tickets must be sold for the requested charity event and may not be resold.
- Once your request is received, we will contact you if we have tickets to accommodate your request. If we do not have tickets to accommodate your request, you will receive written notification by mail.
- Please keep in mind that the availability of tickets is determined by individual event promoters, not by Olympia Entertainment, and are not guaranteed.
- Due to the overwhelming number of requests we receive, organizations may submit one request per year. Please wait to hear from us about the status of your ticket request. You will be contacted as to the outcome.
- Olympia Entertainment is unable to reprint lost or misplaced tickets.
