Olympia Entertainment Internship Program

Olympia Entertainment internships are available in Operations, Marketing, Public Relations, New Media, Sales, Group Sales, Community Relations, and Creative Services.

Program Goals & Objectives

  • To provide a positive learning environment for college students or recent graduates where they will have the opportunity to gain real life work experiences in their chosen field.

  • To allow interns to accomplish meaningful work projects related to the company's business and strategic goals.

  • To develop qualified, trained and talented individuals prepared to enter the workforce with a strong, professional foundation.

  • To develop opportunities for the company to create a pool of talented and diverse individuals for future company hiring.

    Intern Application Procedures

    Applicants must meet the minimum requirements for the internship program, the position of interest and possess the following qualifications:

  • Be a current college junior, senior or recent graduate (within one year)

  • Be available for the entire length of the internship

  • Possess the necessary skills, aptitude, and interest for the position

  • Be available for a personal interview

    Internship Program Requirements

  • The candidate must be a currently enrolled college student (junior or senior) or a recent college graduate (within one year), possessing the necessary aptitude and appropriate industry-related skills.

  • The department will outline one or more special projects that the intern is to complete during his or her internship. Presentation of the complete project(s) is due at the end of the internship.

  • The internship must have a definitive start and end date and last no longer than nine months.

  • All interns are on an "at will" basis and may be terminated at any time for any reason.

  • Internships are unpaid.

  • All internships are subject to the prior review and approval of human resources.
